All prospects must sign ELARA's standard Unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to any paid deep-dive demonstration of the ELARA prototype. This NDA protects our proprietary technology.
The NDA protects
- The ELARA prototype UI — radial dashboard, Export Center, eye reader, and visualizations
- All advanced detection signals and their outputs
- Trace-ID handling, ELR codes, entropy divergence, geo-trust scoring, and Merkle-tree hashing
- Zero-trust architecture and ephemeral processing details
Strict prohibitions
- Recording, screenshotting, or capturing any part of the demonstration
- Using any Confidential Information with AI / ML / LLM systems or for model training

2If you wish to proceed to a paid 90-minute technical deep-dive, we will send you the NDA for signature.
3Once the signed NDA is returned, we will schedule the deeper demonstration.
